Fascias

JM Ross Construction Ltd install UPVC fascias that have been specifically designed to cover the end of the rafters. This is important when protecting your property from the worst of the British weather. Over the years, wind and rain can cause damage to timber fascias, unlike our UPVC fascias which are weather proof. We install the fascias vertically underneath the edge of the roof to complete the overall appearance of your roofline.

Soffits

Soffits are an ideal way of protecting your roofline from the wind and rain. Strong winds can often cause fascia boards to be lifted which can create damage to your roofline. Once your roofline has been broken this becomes a target area for leaks and rain damage. This is why we install UPVC soffits which tuck neatly underneath to become invisible but play a crucial role in protecting your property.
